Viewers were surprised by the apparent similar look of Ryu Seung-ryeong and his two sons. Both of his sons have similar eyes and eyebrows as their father. Especially the younger son, then-six-year-old Ryu Gun, looked like child version of Ryu Seung-ryeong. Ryu Seung-ryeong’s first son, nine-year-old Ryu-kang, showed his talent in soccer by contributing an assist and a goal during a penalty shootout.
