Dhillon made his television debut with the role of Aditya “Addu” Bhatnagar in the second season of Colors TV show Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha. He has appeared in shows like Do Dil Ek Jaan on Life OK and The Buddy Project on Channel V India. He had also played the lead role of Bunty in SET show Hum Hain Na. He also played the role of Arjun Singh in Piya Rangrezz and Shiv in Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee. In 2018-19 he portrayed the role of Samrat Mittal in Internet Wala Love on Colors TV. In 2021, Dhillon was cast in the lead role of Shiva Pandya in Star Plus’s Pandya Store. Kanwar Dhillon was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
